Ever since we opened the doors of our restaurant, our vision was clear: offer an authentic experience, rooted in the Italian traditions and enriched with creativity. To make this vision become a reality, we knew we had to partner up with local specialists.

One of our first and most cherished partnerships was with the small local farms in our local area. Every day, we stock up with fresh ingredients, farmed with love and passion by the farmers who put their heart and soul into the land. Crispy vegetables, aromatic herbs and juicy fruit enrich our dishes, and come from the highest expression of this special partnership. We are proud to delight our guests genuine tastes and support local businesses.

But that’s not all! We are also very proud to work closely with small wine businesses from our local area. Italy is famous for its prestigious wines and we offer our guests a refined and sophisticated selection. By working closely with these passionate manufacturers, we are able to offer unique labels, which tell stories of the owners and the land. You will be sipping your way around the Italian wine regions, where excellence merges with passion.

Also, we partner with small craftspersons, who manufacture premium Italian delicacies: from the small artisanal seasoned cheeses, made with traditional methods, to the top quality cured meats, we work with passion to select the best artisanal products to create the perfect marriage with our food offering. These partnerships make it possible for us to create unique dishes, full of flavours and history, making each bite an unforgettable experience.
